Home Care RNs
Full Time
Weekday Mon-Fri with rotating holidays and rotating on call weeknights and weekends
Travel to home visits required.

The Home Care RN will participate in the multi-disciplinary care of Home Health and Hospice patients following the plan of treatment prescribed by the patient’s physician.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years RN experience preferred.
IL RN License required.
IL driver’s license and good driving record required

After School Youth Development Specialist – Part Time, Mon-Fri

Beyond the Bell. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age, be responsible and energetic, and able to bond well with youth. Must possess an IL driver’s license, pass a drug screen, a fingerprint background check, and be available during program hours.
