Clinic Information

Eligibility: For the Vaccine for Children Program (VFC). Children are eligible if they are on a medical card, have no other health insurance, or they have health insurance that does not pay for vaccines and they are under the age of 19.

Immunizations are $30 each for those who are eligible for VFC Vaccine but do not have an Allkids Medical Card.  For children who are insured and for Adults please call the office @ 618-662-4406 for an updated price or click on the Immunization Price link below. 

Allkids medical cards will pay for children’s immunizations and most private insurance plans pay for immunizations.  If you are unsure, please contact your insurance provider prior to your appointment to check on your immunization coverage.
